This June, Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort is bringing all these together through Well-fest, a month-long programme focused on simple, mindful activities in a peaceful island setting.
The resort is located on a private island in the Davao Gulf. Throughout the month, it will offer different activities that encourage guests to slow down and spend time with family, friends, and other travelers.
In the mornings, guests can join wellness and outdoor activities such as nature walks, stretching sessions, healthy breakfasts, and wellness drinks. Some activities focus on nature and local culture, including tree planting, beach clean-ups, journaling, and tuba harvesting and tasting. They can also take part in relaxing and active activities like pool dancercise, mini spa sessions, beach volleyball, kayak and paddle races, pickleball and tennis, origami making, and family games in the afternoon.
Creative workshops for families and groups are also part of the month-long celebration. These include candle making, bracelet making, tie-dye, abanico fan painting, healthy cupcake decorating, and other hands-on activities that encourage creativity and bonding.
On weekends, the island offers more outdoor activities and wellness programmes. Guests can also enjoy movie nights, bonfire gatherings at sunset, and casual social time by the beach.
A featured event during the programme is Swing & Serve: Pickleball and Tennis Island Leisure Open Play on June 27. This event brings together resort guests and local visitors for friendly games in a relaxed island setting.
Whether traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, the programme offers many ways to enjoy the island and create special memories.
