Grand Taipan Land Development Inc. recently unveiled the amenity level of its flagship mixed-use development, giving guests an exclusive preview of facilities that present the evolving lifestyles of today’s discerning urban homeowners. Held on July 4 at the property’s 26th floor, the milestone celebration welcomed members of the media, brokers, business partners, merchants, and other guests for a first look at the luxury condo’s dedicated residential spaces.
Designed around daily routines
Located along Annapolis Street, Verano Greenhills rises 57 storeys above one of Metro Manila’s most established lifestyle districts. The development combines residential units with hotel accommodations that will be managed by Tribe, giving homeowners the opportunity to enjoy hotel-inspired conveniences while keeping amenities reserved exclusively for residents.
The newly opened amenity floor was planned to support different aspects of daily life. Residents will have access to a fitness gym, co-working space, residents’ lounge, function room, music room, private mini theater, play area, infinity pool, jacuzzi, and pool deck, creating opportunities for work, recreation, wellness, and social interaction without leaving the property.

Bringing the spaces to life
Rather than simply presenting the facilities, the launch allowed guests to experience how the spaces could be used in everyday settings.
Different local merchants occupied various areas throughout the amenity floor, with Aperitif serving curated charcuterie, wine, and catering, while Opulence offered specialty coffee and pastries. Nice and Poppy created Verano-themed popsicles, Taters complemented the private mini theater with its signature popcorn, and Komida introduced healthy snacks beside the fitness gym. Three Dots completed the poolside atmosphere with cocktails and mocktails.
The event also highlighted wellness through mat pilates and dance fitness sessions conducted by Slimmers World. Guests explored home styling ideas with Opulence Design Concept, journaling products from Scribe, and topical wellness products from Tai Chi, while Terraserv Technologies showcased its internet services.
