Cities are often remembered through the places where life unfolds. A familiar park, a neighborhood café, a workplace within walking distance of home, or a destination that makes it easier to pause and reconnect all become part of how people experience a city over time. As Ortigas Land marks its 95th year, its latest developments reflect the evolving relationship between people and place—expanding beyond individual buildings to create living, working, and leisure communities.
From the continued transformation of Ortigas Center to the growth of Capitol Commons and the company’s first leisure-focused estate in Batangas, Ortigas Land’s current portfolio reflects how its developments respond to the way people live and celebrate life.
Building on the foundations of Ortigas Center
Few districts have evolved as consistently as Ortigas Center. Long established as one of Metro Manila’s major business addresses, it continues to adapt to changing patterns of work and urban living.

Among the district’s newest additions is The Galleon, a mixed-use development along ADB Avenue that combines residences, premium office spaces available for ownership, and curated retail in one place. Designed to integrate different aspects of daily life, the development places everyone within walking distance of shopping destinations, restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, and transport links.
Its location connects directly to EDSA, C-5 Road, and Shaw Boulevard while providing convenient access to Makati and Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Nearby destinations include SM Megamall, The Podium, Robinsons Galleria, the Asian Development Bank, the MRT-3 Ortigas Station, and the future Metro Manila Subway.
The award-winning development has progressed steadily since the launch of its office component in 2019. Following the topping-off of the office tower in 2024 and the residential tower in 2025, the office component is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, while the residences are targeted for completion in December 2028.
Built for professionals and investors, the residential tower combines efficient layouts, smart home features, and thoughtfully planned shared amenities to support comfortable, contemporary urban living. Designed in collaboration with international consultants across architecture and engineering disciplines, the development reflects Ortigas Land’s commitment to quality and long-term value.
Living at the center of convenience

Also taking shape within the district is Olin at Jade Drive, a residential condominium designed for those seeking a home close to work, daily conveniences, and public transportation. Launched in 2023, the development is scheduled for completion in 2029.
Offering studio and one-bedroom residences, Olin combines efficient layouts with amenities designed to support everyday living, while placing residents within easy reach of offices, retail destinations, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and public transportation.
Designed around connectivity and open space
Capitol Commons is Ortigas Land’s integrated estate in Pasig City, bringing together residential, commercial, office, and recreational spaces within a highly walkable environment.
Approximately half of the estate is dedicated to open spaces, anchored by the one-hectare Capitol Commons Park, creating an environment that encourages walking between homes, workplaces, retail, and dining destinations.

Estancia Mall and its expansion provide a curated mix of local and international retail and dining concepts alongside Unimart Supermarket, while Estancia Offices occupy the upper levels of the commercial complex. Residential towers are positioned separately from the estate’s primary commercial traffic, creating distinct residential environments within the larger development.
Supporting the estate is an infrastructure system that includes underground utilities and integrated water management designed for long-term sustainability.
Connectivity is expected to improve further with the future Shaw Boulevard Subway Station, which will provide more convenient access to destinations such as BGC, Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3, and northern Metro Manila, reinforcing Capitol Commons as a transit-oriented development.
Since its launch in 2011, Capitol Commons has steadily expanded with the opening of Capitol Commons Park, followed by Estancia Mall and Unimart, the rollout of residential towers such as The Royalton, The Imperium, and Maven, and the expansion of Estancia in 2019. Today, Empress at Capitol Commons marks the estate’s latest milestone as it enters its advanced stage of construction.
Wellness meets smart living
Located beside Capitol Commons Park, Empress at Capitol Commons is a 56-storey residential tower targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. Blending smart home technology with biophilic design, the development emphasizes everyday comfort through natural light, greenery, and thoughtfully planned living spaces.
The development’s smart home features enhance daily convenience, while amenities designed for relaxation and recreation complement the tower’s wellness-focused approach, creating living spaces that support different lifestyles and routines.
Looking beyond the city
As Ortigas Land continues to progress in the metro, its newest venture also marks an expansion beyond Metro Manila.

Costa Calatagan, a 45-hectare mixed-use estate in Batangas, introduces the company’s first leisure-focused development, combining private residential lots with an all-villa resort within a coastal setting defined by a 424-meter beachfront.
Designed around wellness, hospitality, sustainability, and community, Costa Calatagan reflects Ortigas Land’s vision for a more thoughtful approach to coastal living.
Residential lots are thoughtfully integrated within the estate’s natural surroundings, following a low-density master plan that prioritizes privacy while preserving the character of the site.
Complementing these homes is a collection of 123 private villas that will open in phases beginning in early 2027, supported by exclusive leisure amenities and a lifestyle partnership with Europa Yachts.
Beyond its physical offerings, Costa Calatagan is envisioned as a development that contributes to the surrounding community through employment opportunities and future workforce development initiatives. Environmental stewardship also remains a priority, with the estate guided by sustainable planning and long-term environmental initiatives.
Development is progressing in phases, with the resort targeted to open in early 2027 and residential lot handovers expected to begin in 2028.
Building on a lasting legacy
Over the past 95 years, Ortigas Land has witnessed cities evolve alongside the people who call them home. As lifestyles continue to change, its developments reflect a continuing focus on creating places that remain relevant, connected, and responsive to everyday life.
Across Ortigas Center, Greenhills Center, Capitol Commons, Ortigas East, Circulo Verde, and Costa Calatagan, the company’s developments demonstrate how thoughtful planning can bring together living, work, leisure, and community—continuing a legacy of building places designed for the way people live.
