P.A. Properties continues to grow the commercial component of its developments with the addition of a new tenant at Sanjos Square in Cabuyao, Laguna, reinforcing the area’s emergence as a growing business and retail destination.
The company recently welcomed LKY Group of Companies as its newest commercial lessee, paving the way for Puregold’s entry into the Sanjos Square community. The development is expected to provide residents with easier access to everyday necessities while broadening the mix of retail and service offerings available within the area.
As Cabuyao continues to attract residential and commercial activity, the addition of a major retail player is seen as a boost to local convenience and economic activity. The lease agreement was formally signed on June 10, 2026, at the P.A. Properties Alabang Office. Representing LKY Group of Companies were Ms. Gina L. Ignacio, Executive Audit Head, and Ms. Lea F. Prosperoso, Treasury Head. Signing on behalf of P.A. Properties were Mr. Lawrenz Joseph Z. Alvarez, Director, and Ms. Florlita G. Tabuzo, Senior Vice President for the Commercial Business Unit.
During the signing, Tabuzo highlighted the role of commercial developments in creating both business opportunities and community value.
