Sta. Lucia Land named Philippines’ Best Residential Community Developer

Sta. Lucia Land has been recognized as the Philippines’ Best Residential Community Developer at the 2026 World Business Outlook Awards, further strengthening its position in the country’s property sector. The distinction, conferred during the awards program’s latest edition, also highlighted the developer as the sole Philippine real estate company among the year’s honorees, underscoring its standing in the regional roster of winners.

The recognition comes in a year of continued expansion for Sta. Lucia, following the May 2026 launch of Sta. Monica Lake Residences in Manaoag, Pangasinan. Designed as a lake-centered residential community, the project adds to the company’s growing portfolio of themed developments across the country.

Set to rise in Nasugbu Batangas, the 21-hectare Nasacosta Resort and Residences will welcome residents to an upscale beachside community.

Lake communities remain a defining segment of Sta. Lucia’s offerings, but its portfolio extends beyond waterfront living. The community builder is also known for its golf residential estates, with 11 developments nationwide. These projects include collaborations with internationally recognized golf designers such as Arnold Palmer and Andy Dye, alongside the company’s own Sta. Lucia Golf Tour, which is staged annually.

Set to rise in Nasugbu Batangas, the 21-hectare Nasacosta Resort and Residences will welcome residents to an upscale beachside community.

Its property mix also includes resort and condotel developments, including the upcoming Nasacosta Resort and Residences in Nasugbu, Batangas, which positions itself as an emerging leisure and investment destination.

Sta. Lucia has likewise expanded into agricultural-inspired living through projects such as La Huerta Farms and Residences, where residents are given larger lot spaces intended for small-scale farming and homegrown produce.

With more than 55 years in the industry, over 300 completed projects, and approximately 12,000 hectares of developed land nationwide, Sta. Lucia Land continues to reinforce its presence across multiple residential formats. The latest recognition serves as an acknowledgment of its track record and momentum for further growth in the years ahead.
