Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. and 1Premiere Land Marketing Co. have formally introduced Sta. Monica Lake Residences, a new residential development positioned as a lakeside lifestyle destination in Manaoag, Pangasinan.
Held on May 2, 2026, the grand launch gathered company executives, local officials, investors, and guests for the unveiling of the 43-hectare property, which will feature a man-made lake with a lighthouse as its centerpiece.
The event opened with live performances followed by a blessing ceremony officiated by Rev. Father Jerome Geronimo, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the project’s grand entrance gate.
Leading the ceremonial opening were Sta. Lucia President and CEO Exequiel Robles, Sta. Lucia Land Director Irene Robles, Sta. Lucia Mall Vice President for Finance & Admin Annie Robles-Andres, and Sta. Lucia Mall Vice President for Marketing and Mall Operations Zaldy Santos.

Local government officials also attended the launch, including Manaoag Mayor Jeremy Agerico “Doc Ming” Rosario, Binalonan Mayor Ramon Ronald V. Guico IV representing Governor Ramon “Mon-Mon” V. Guico III, and board members Jerry Rosario and Marinor De Guzman. Jose De Venecia III of Hind Sugar Company Inc., Sta. Lucia’s joint venture partner for the project was also present during the event.

In his message, Mayor Rosario welcomed the development and highlighted its potential impact on the municipality, describing Sta. Monica Lake Residences as a “game changer” for Manaoag, noting that a property concept of its kind had not previously been introduced in the area.
Actress and Sta. Lucia brand ambassadress Bea Alonzo later joined Robles and Rosario during the memorabilia exchange segment. Robles presented a scale model of the property to the mayor, while Rosario handed overa commemorative key to the municipality.
Investors who had already secured properties in the development were also recognized during the program and received plaques of gratitude and raffle prizes.
Alonzo also took part in a discussion centered on lakeside living, property investment, and her long-standing partnership with Sta. Lucia. During the conversation, she shared that she purchased her first property through the company at the age of 15.
Designed as a lake community development, Sta. Monica Lake Residences aims to offer residents an environment surrounded by lush greenery and open spaces for outdoor activities.
The development will also include a multipurpose clubhouse, swimming pool, and basketball court, with amenities intended for community leisure, wellness, and gatherings. Sta. Lucia also disclosed plans for a potential condotel on the property, further expanding its appeal as a residential and investment destination in Pangasinan.
With the project now officially launched, Sta. Lucia and 1Premiere Land Marketing Co. are inviting prospective buyers and investors to explore the development in what is widely known as the Pilgrim Center of the North.
