Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) earned two major recognitions at the 2026 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, highlighting the strength of its hospitality and residential portfolio.

Gold Winner, Resort Category
– Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort, Davao de Oro
Silver Winner, Residential Mid-Rise Category
– Merano Tower at Tierra Lipa, Batangas
Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort, TLDC’s flagship hospitality project in partnership with Dusit International, was recognized for its world-class, eco-conscious design. Set in Davao de Oro, the resort offers a private island experience supported by sustainable features such as a solar farm, aquifers, heat recovery systems, and an organic farm.
Merano Tower, the second residential building within the Tierra Lipa community, was cited for its premium quality and well-planned living environment. Located in Lipa City, Batangas, it provides convenient access to key institutions and offers amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, children’s play area, and green spaces.
FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation), founded in 1951, is a global organization that recognizes excellence in real estate. The Property & Real Estate Excellence Awards recognize outstanding, high-quality, and sustainable real estate projects in the Philippines. The awards highlight projects that excel in architecture, design, community benefits, and environmental impact.
