Nuvali advances Santa Rosa civic complex in Metro Nuvali

The City of Santa Rosa is getting a new center of gravity.

Ceci Realty, Inc., in partnership with the City Government of Santa Rosa, led by Mayor Arlene Arcillas, has formalized the Deed of Donation for a future civic complex within Ayala Land’s Metro Nuvali, marking a key step in the expansion of institutional infrastructure in southern Luzon’s fast-growing growth corridor.

The project forms part of a 60-hectare Civic District inside Metro Nuvali, a planned 200-hectare central business district rising within the broader Nuvali estate. Envisioned as a hub for governance, culture, and civic engagement, the district is expected to support the increasing population and economic activity in the CALABARZON region.

A two-hectare site within the district is allocated for the Santa Rosa Civic Complex, which will include a satellite city hall, convention center, hotel, and a command center. The development will also feature the Nuvali Parish Church, positioned as a key landmark for faith and community life. Construction is scheduled to begin next year.

Nuvali, the largest eco-city development of Ayala Land, spans approximately 2,500 hectares and integrates residential communities, commercial centers, business districts, and institutional spaces within a framework of sustainability and environmental stewardship. Designed with extensive open spaces, lakes, and green corridors, the estate promotes walkability, active lifestyles, and ecological balance.

The development also benefits from strategic connectivity, with access via major road networks such as the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), linking it to Metro Manila and key growth areas across southern Luzon. This accessibility has supported Nuvali’s emergence as a preferred location for both residential communities and business investments.

Representing Nuvali at the signing were Christopher Maglanoc, Senior Vice President and Regional Estates Group head, and Mayi Rodriguez, Vice President and Regional Estates Project Development Group head.

The agreement underscores ongoing efforts to build a seamlessly connected, future-ready district within Nuvali’s expanding eco-community.
