Efficiency as a Catalyst
To support our private-sector partners in participating in mass housing, we are actively championing the Housing One-Stop Processing System (HOPS).
The goal is to simplify and digitize the lengthy permitting process and numerous requirements by implementing a streamlined pathway. By eliminating redundant requirements and speeding up approval timelines across the housing value chain, we can reduce costs and expedite the delivery of socialized housing. Every day saved in the permitting process translates into a cost-saving that can be directly passed on to homebuyers.
Spectrum of Opportunities
Homeownership remains the ultimate goal, but it is recognized that there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution. A long-term mortgage is not the sole modality for every family.
The Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program promotes multi-modalities, allowing potential beneficiaries to choose their preferred option.

Furthermore, we are also focusing on “affordability.” A home is only truly affordable if the family can maintain it. By pushing for the integration of green and affordable building materials and features, we aim to reduce long-term utility costs. Our mission is to ensure that a home remains an asset for the family, rather than a financial burden.
