Following the groundbreaking of Avesta Residences in Imus, Cavite, the project is on track for its structural topping-off by the third quarter of 2026. This commitment comes at a critical time as the country continues to face a housing backlog of more than 6.5 million homes. To address this growing challenge, the national government launched the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, spearheaded by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Pag-IBIG Fund, and local government units. Recognizing the scale and urgency of the problem, the government has partnered with private developers such as PH1 World Developers to speed up delivery and expand access to quality communities nationwide.
PH1 World Developers’ President, Ma. Gilda Alcantara, talks about confronting the said issue, tackling it beyond the issue. Alcantara states that the challenge is no longer simply about building more homes—it is ensuring that quality housing is accessible, attainable, affordable, and delivered with greater transparency. Powered by Megawide’s Precast Technology, PH1 World Developers is even able to push the limits further with its fast and high-quality delivery— ensuring that more Filipinos have access to secured living in the next years.
Building on the momentum of its Avesta Residences (4PH Imus, Cavite), PH1 World Developers is set to expand its participation in the Expanded 4PH Program with additional housing projects in Bacoor, Dasmariñas, Cavite, and Camarin, Caloocan further contributing to the government’s goal of providing more Filipino families with safe, affordable, and sustainable homes.
