Hann Resorts has unveiled Hann Reserve, a large-scale golf-centered development in New Clark City, Tarlac, marking a major expansion of its leisure portfolio beyond the Clark Freeport Zone. Announced during a media briefing in Bonifacio Global City, the project is positioned as an eco-luxury estate built around championship golf, wellness, and residential living.
Spanning approximately 450 hectares and scheduled to open in March, Hann Reserve is designed as a nature-led sanctuary where outdoor recreation and refined hospitality intersect. The development represents the next phase of growth for Hann Resorts, extending the lifestyle ecosystem established by its flagship Hann Casino Resort in Clark.
At the heart of the estate is a trio of championship golf courses created by internationally renowned designers Nicklaus Design, K.J. Choi, and Sir Nick Faldo. Together, the courses aim to deliver diverse playing experiences while elevating the Philippines’ profile as a golf destination in the region.
Complementing the courses is a PGA Performance Center and PGA Village developed in partnership with the PGA of America. These facilities are intended to support elite training, coaching, and golf education, catering to both aspiring professionals and recreational players seeking structured instruction.
Hann Reserve General Manager Tim Neil said the goal is to create golf facilities of a standard not currently available in the Philippines or even Southeast Asia. Beyond competitive play, the PGA collaboration is expected to introduce development pathways for young athletes, including programs linked to the estate’s planned international school.
Unlike conventional golf resorts, Hann Reserve is designed to integrate with the natural landscape. The masterplan preserves open spaces and terrain features, reflecting the project’s guiding philosophy, “Greatness, by Nature.” In addition to golf, the estate will include wellness amenities, educational facilities, and residential communities within a unified environment.
Together with Hann Casino Resort, the new development forms part of a broader vision: a connected leisure corridor where visitors can move from urban entertainment and hospitality in Clark to outdoor recreation and golf in New Clark City.
The March opening marks the initial phase of what is planned as a long-term project, with future components to be rolled out gradually to ensure quality and global competitiveness.
