Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG), the joint venture between Federal Land Inc. and Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., secured five accolades at the 2026-2027 Asia Pacific Property Awards for The Observatory in Mandaluyong and Yume at Riverpark in Cavite. This achievement made FNG the most-awarded developer at the event, taking home nearly a quarter of the 23 awards received by Philippine companies this year.
Held on May 6 and 7 at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park in Thailand, the Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the International Property Awards. The global program recognizes excellence in architecture, development, design, and real estate.
Leading the company’s wins was The Observatory, which received a five-star award for Best Residential High-Rise Architecture, alongside recognition in the Residential High-Rise Development and Apartment/Condominium Development categories.
Located in Mandaluyong City near key business districts across Metro Manila, The Observatory offers studio, one- to three-bedroom residences, and penthouses.
Yume at Riverpark, meanwhile, earned a five-star award for Best Residential Interior Show Home and was also recognized in the Residential Development 20+ Units category.
Situated within the 600-hectare Riverpark estate in General Trias, Cavite, the 18-hectare community features 296 residential lots ranging from 300 to 527 square meters. The development also benefits from direct access to major transport links, including the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), as well as nearby schools and lifestyle destinations.
FNG was also recently recognized by LIXIL Philippines during its Philippine Winners and Nominees Dinner.
