A Philippine-built property technology platform is set to enter the North American market as Inventi partners with Canadian company Property Copilot in a move that signals growing global interest in locally developed real estate software solutions.
The collaboration marks Inventi’s first international expansion and reflects a broader shift among Philippine technology firms seeking opportunities beyond the domestic market, particularly as demand rises for digital and AI-enabled property management systems.

Under the agreement, the companies will establish Inventi Canada Inc., which will introduce Inventi’s platform to Canadian clients beginning in the second half of 2026. The partnership also forms part of a wider regional growth strategy that includes future expansion into Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
The move comes as the Philippine real estate industry, valued at over $90 billion annually, continues to see gradual adoption of integrated property technologies. Many property operators still rely on disconnected systems, creating opportunities for unified digital platforms designed to streamline operations and building management.
Local platform scales beyond the Philippine market
For more than seven years, Inventi has focused on developing enterprise technology solutions tailored to the local property management sector. Its platform currently supports over 400 buildings and manages more than 12.8 million square meters of space across the country.
The system covers several operational functions, including facility management, visitor management, work order coordination, and building administration, helping developers and property managers centralize day-to-day processes.

As the company prepares for international deployment, the Canadian partnership is also expected to strengthen Inventi’s engineering and product development capabilities in the Philippines as it adapts its platform for broader global use.
“This expansion shows that technology developed in the Philippines can compete on a global stage,” said Francis Henares. “We built our platform by addressing real operational challenges, and we’re now applying that experience in new markets.”
Partnership broadens digital property solutions
Canada-based Property Copilot specializes in leasing, tenant screening, and digital payment services for the real estate sector. Through the partnership, its financial technology capabilities will be integrated into Inventi’s existing platform, allowing enterprise users to access a more comprehensive suite of tools within a single system.
For Property Copilot, the collaboration also expands the company’s operational reach while enhancing the scope of its services for property managers in international markets.
“Inventi brings deep operational insight that translates well across different markets,” said Wilberto Tong. “Together, we’re creating a more complete platform for property managers in North America and beyond.”
As digital transformation continues to reshape the property sector, the partnership highlights how Philippine-developed technology solutions are beginning to gain traction beyond the local market, particularly in areas tied to operational efficiency, tenant services, and smart building management.
