Cadence-CARD Property Ventures (CCPV) marked a major milestone with the groundbreaking of Bay NewTown on April 14, 2026, signaling the start of a thoughtfully planned residential community designed to make quality homeownership more accessible to Filipino families.
Located in the municipality of Bay, Laguna, Bay NewTown is envisioned as a carefully planned development that brings together smart design, essential amenities, and attainable living—captured in its guiding tenets: Planado, Kompleto, at Abot-Kamay.
At the core of the project is Planado—a development approach grounded in intentional township-level planning. The master plan considers key elements of everyday life, including provisions for a school, commercial areas, and medical facilities. Bay NewTown is the inaugural project of CCPV, a joint venture between CARD MRI and Cadence Properties, a member of the ICCP Group. The partnership brings together complementary strengths: deep community engagement and financial inclusion on the one hand, and disciplined, experience-driven property development on the other.
