The project is guided by the WELL Certification of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), a global framework that evaluates how buildings affect human health. Drawing inspiration from San Vicente’s expansive natural setting, the tower incorporates biophilic design elements that strengthen residents’ connection to nature. Its distinctive angled balcony pods are engineered to maximize panoramic views of Pagdanan Bay and surrounding forests, creating environments that can help reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.
Wellness amenities anchor the second-level amenity deck. A Halotherapy Center disperses microscopic salt particles into the air, a therapy associated with respiratory and skin health benefits. A Verve Studio supports active lifestyles with modern fitness facilities, while a Quiet Lounge offers a peaceful retreat for reflection. Additional features include a hydro-kinetic pool designed for muscle relaxation and circulation, outdoor meditation areas, and the Santé Botanique Garden, which promotes mindful nutrition through sustainable produce.
Santé Residences Palawan will offer 460 units across a range of configurations, from studios to three-bedroom bi-level layouts. Each residence includes a private balcony with views of the bay, township, or surrounding greenery, along with app-enabled smart home systems that allow residents to adjust lighting, air, and thermal comfort to support daily rhythms and rest.
The development is Megaworld’s third residential project within Paragua Coastown, following Paragua Beach Village and Oceanfront Premier Residences. Two 11-story hotels—Savoy Hotel Palawan and Paragua Sands Hotel—are also under construction, expected to provide a combined 617 rooms and further boost tourism in San Vicente, home to the country’s longest white-sand beach.
