Filinvest Land is developing East Town, a mixed-use community located along Felix Avenue in Cainta, Rizal. The project aims to provide residents with nearby options for dining and shopping, reducing the need to travel to distant city centers for everyday needs.
As part of this development, Filinvest Land has partnered with The Jollibee Group to open Jollibee, Chowking, and Mang Inasal branches within the property. These three dining brands will occupy 4,243.03 square meters of the commercial strip’s total 5,865.53 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA). By placing these popular businesses directly inside the estate, Filinvest Land intends to lessen daily commute times for families.
