Developer posts record earnings and reservation sales as expansion into key growth areas gains momentum.
Rockwell Land Corporation marked its 30th anniversary with a record financial performance in 2025, driven by strong demand for its residential developments, expanding commercial portfolio, and continued growth beyond Metro Manila.
At its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting, the company reported a record consolidated net income after tax of Php 5.3 billion, up 29 percent from the previous year. Net income attributable to the parent company reached Php 4.7 billion, while reservation sales climbed to an all-time high of Php 25 billion, reflecting sustained demand for the Rockwell brand.
The company’s growth was fueled by the strong performance of its horizontal developments, particularly The Samanean at Paradise Farm in Bulacan and several projects in Batangas, including Rockwell Center Lipa, Lauan Ridges, and Cabo San Diego, a 350-hectare beach and golf resort community. These developments demonstrate how Rockwell continues to translate its signature master-planned lifestyle into emerging growth areas across the country.

Residential development remained Rockwell’s largest revenue contributor, accounting for Php 16.5 billion or 79 percent of total revenues. Meanwhile, commercial development revenues rose to Php 4.4 billion, supported by higher leasing income, stronger tenant sales, and healthy occupancy levels across its retail and office portfolio.
A major milestone during the year was Rockwell’s majority acquisition of Alabang Town Center, significantly expanding its recurring income portfolio and presence in southern Metro Manila.

“It is a milestone that has understandably generated excitement in the south,” said Valerie Jane L. Soliven, President and COO of Rockwell Land. “ATC has long held a special place within the Alabang community, and we are approaching its next chapter with both excitement and respect for what it already means to so many people.”
Looking ahead, the company remains focused on disciplined growth while navigating market challenges.

“The current times are a reminder that resilience and adaptability continue to define not only our industry, but also our company’s journey over our first three decades,” said Nestor J. Padilla, Chairman and CEO of Rockwell Land. “Our greatest source of confidence has always been the strength of the relationships we have built over the years.”
As it enters its fourth decade, Rockwell continues to build on its established communities while expanding into new markets that support long-term growth.
