Strong Q1 growth reinforces Rockwell Land’s expansion across key cities nationwide

Rockwell Land Corporation posted a strong start to 2026, reporting a 67% increase in net income attributable to the parent company to Php 1.29 billion in the first quarter, up from Php 773 million during the same period last year. Consolidated net income also rose by 52% to Php 1.43 billion from Php 943 million.

The company’s performance was supported by a 45% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenues, which reached Php 6.46 billion from Php 4.46 billion in the first quarter of 2025. Residential development accounted for 75% of consolidated revenues, while commercial development contributed 25%, excluding joint venture shares. Total EBITDA climbed 42% to Php 2.72 billion from Php 1.92 billion, with residential and commercial segments contributing 60% and 40%, respectively.

Led by the iconic Power Plant Mall, Rockwell’s retail operations saw a 74 % increase in the first quarter of 2026

Growth was seen across Rockwell Land’s core business segments. Residential development revenues increased to Php 4.85 billion, driven by real estate sales and project accomplishments from Edades West and Cabo San Diego.

Rockwell Land’s integration of ACC has driven a 55% surge in commercial revenue this quarter

Meanwhile, commercial revenues reached Php 1.60 billion, reflecting a 55% increase primarily driven by the start of revenue recognition from Alabang Commercial Center (ACC). Within the commercial portfolio, retail operations generated Php 1.14 billion, up 74% from last year due to higher occupancy levels, improved average rental rates, and the integration of the Alabang assets.

With a 67% jump in net income, Rockwell Land enters the rest of the year with strong momentum, focusing on the continued expansion of its premium, integrated communities nationwide.

As demand for premium and integrated communities continues to support the real estate sector, Rockwell Land said it remains focused on strengthening its developments across key cities and emerging growth areas nationwide following its strong first-quarter performance.
